A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, full payment is required by the booking date - this can be made by bank transfer prior to the booking or on arrival.

48 hrs notice is required to cancel or amend an appointment. Any appointment cancelled within 48 hrs will incur the cost of the appointment, if the appointment is part of a pre-paid course the treatment session will be taken from the course total.

When you make your booking, you will receive a secure payment link to pay for your treatment, you will then receive a booking confirmation. A booking may be cancelled with 48 hours notice up 3 times before it is lost and is thereafter non-refundable.

Please arrive on time to ensure you enjoy the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive late for your appointment, then your treatment will be adjusted to the time remaining.
